Roszdravnadzor in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region announced a warning to the Clinical Hospital "RZD-Medicine" in St. Petersburg, the head doctor of which is Peter Gromov. The reason was the monitoring data for the second and third quarters of 2026. This became known from the data of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.
In the second quarter, there were no pathoanatomical studies in the institution - there were also no discrepancies between clinical and pathanatomical diagnoses (0%). One study was done in the third quarter and it found one discrepancy.
The indicator was 100%, which exceeded the previous quarter by more than 10% and led to the activation of risk indicator No. 4. We are talking about the discrepancy between the diagnosis made during life and the autopsy result. The department demanded that the clinic comply with the requirements of the law “On the basics of public health protection”.
According to Kontur.Focus, the private enterprise “KB RZD-Medicine” of St. Petersburg acted as a defendant in 35 cases for a total of 1.4 billion rubles.
