In the Petrovsky district, the deputy head of the village council stole 36 tons of rubble

During the inspection, the prosecutor’s office found that measures to compensate for damage caused by a corruption crime were not taken.

Earlier, the court verdict, which entered into legal force, established that during the period of replacing the post of deputy head of the village council, the convict, using her official position, committed the theft of 36 tons of rubble. As a result, the municipality suffered damage in the amount of more than 16 thousand rubles, which the defendant voluntarily did not compensate.

In this regard, the Prosecutor’s office appealed to the court with a statement of claim. The suit has been reviewed and satisfied. Thanks to the intervention of the supervisory authority, material damage to the local budget was compensated in full.
