In the village of Hongurei baked the first bread

In the village of Hongurei, a new bakery began to work. It was built at the request of residents who appealed to the governor of the NAO Irina Gekht in September last year. Money was allocated from the district budget for the execution of works and purchase of equipment.

Bread was brought to the village from Oxino, and in bad weather there were interruptions. We agreed to build our own bakery. The region took over 90% of the cost of construction and equipment. Work began in June, and in October the first bread was baked in the bakery. Thank you to everyone who helped bring this to fruition. Bakers – good work, residents – fresh bread on the table! – said Irina Gekht.

The new bakery will make it less dependent on delivery from a nearby village. Moreover, the new production facility will provide bread to Kamenka residents and nomadic reindeer herders.

Earlier, the chairman of the board of the Pechora Baker Zoya Markova praised the new bakery, noting that the building has a lot of space for storing flour, and a small shopping hall is also provided.

In addition to fresh bread, the facility will sell cheesecakes, buns, cakes, shangi, pizza, as well as related products.
