In the PPK “United customer” described the future of long-term construction in Yasnaya Polyana for 2 billion rubles

According to Karen Ohanesyan, dismantling and preparatory work is underway at the facility. It is planned to complete the reconstruction of the building in 2028 - to the 200th anniversary of the birth of Leo Tolstoy. By the same time, builders must reconstruct the visitor reception and service center.

Earlier, in 2026, permission was already received for the commissioning of the buildings of the fund storage and restoration workshops. The two-storey building of the workshops already has an exhibition hall and interactive spaces. In the three-storey fund storage will place the collections of the estate and organize exhibitions.

The total area of four buildings, which is implemented by the Unified Customer, exceeds 12 thousand square meters. After the opening of the facilities, the throughput capacity of the museum complex should grow to 350 thousand people a year.

The objects are included in the register of capital construction of the complex state program "Construction". After the completion of all works, the memorial museum-estate "Yasnaya Polyana" will become one of the key points of the all-Russian tourist route "Russia of Leo Tolstoy", which is created with the support of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality".

The reconstruction contractor is now the company "PSK Stroymonolith" from Moscow. This company has been in the process of bankruptcy since February 2025, in March of this year, a surveillance procedure was introduced against the company.

Currently, 49 legal entities have already appeared as creditors of PUK Stroymonolith. In September, several more creditors joined the case - Santekhmix LLC, Unim LLC, ARS-Techservice LLC, Astoria Trading House LLC, Business Solutions LLC, Citadel LLC and new requirements were presented by the National Research University Higher School of Economics in the amount of more than 185 million rubles. In total, new claims were filed against the defendant for more than 200 million rubles.

The list of creditors of PSK Stroymonolith LLC includes many companies: "Absolutstroykomlekt" LLC, "Trading House Partner" JSC, "SVS-Garant" LLC, "Alfa-Patriot" LLC, "Special Drilling Technologies", "TD Astoria", "Kranproekt", "Sigma" LLC, "Contration and Construction Company", "Sarmat", "Yutron" LLC, "Airon", "Airon" OOOOOOOOO "AZOOOOKS" AFORKS" LLC, "AZAZOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" AFORKS" AZOOOOOOOOOOOOOO "AZOOOO "AZOOOOOOOOOOOKS".

The total amount of accounts payable exceeds 2.5 billion rubles. Whether the construction company will be able to recover all that money is a big question.

In addition to the bankruptcy process, PSK Stroymonolith LLC in September filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of Moscow against the Department of Civil Construction of the city of Moscow to recover 14.8 million rubles from it.

In August of this year, the legal entity filed lawsuits against the Moscow Fund for the Renovation of Residential Development for the recovery of 265.7 million rubles. The circumstances of these trials are not yet clear.

The news over the past three months has been encouraging. The contractor, if you believe the documentation, in October mastered a little more than 1 billion rubles and performed about 50% of all work, actually paid for the work of 1.94 billion rubles.

Over the past six months, the customer for the reconstruction of buildings Public law company "Single customer in the field of construction" (PPK "Single customer") and LLC "PSK "Stroymonolith" have already concluded 14 additional agreements. The latter was concluded in August of this year. Since then, there have been no changes in the execution of the contract, at least on the public procurement website it did not affect.
