In the Kama region convicted two false masters
Solikamsk city court sentenced two residents of Perm born in 1999 and 2003

Solikamsk city court sentenced two residents of Perm born in 1999 and 2003. The men were found guilty of fraud, according to the GU of the Interior Ministry for the Perm Territory.
In October last year, enterprising Permians decided to make money. Arriving in Solikamsk, one of the defendants began to post announcements in the private sector about the implementation of construction works of any complexity, and the other, depicting the head of the brigade, began negotiations with customers, began to take orders, discuss the cost and timing. So friends, without the necessary education and experience in the field of construction, pretended to be qualified craftsmen.
One application came from a 74-year-old resident of Solikamsk. She was attracted in the announcement by information about free measurements and discounts to pensioners, she called the specified phone and ordered the transfer of the fence and the construction of a greenhouse. “Experts” came to the station the same day. Without measuring anything, they determined the total cost of the work and asked for an advance payment for the purchase of materials. The pensioner transferred 25 thousand rubles to the specified number, and the attackers under the guise of a contract gave her a sheet of paper, where they manually described their obligations for the upcoming work. A few days later, friends brought two sheets of polycarbonate and demanded another 50 thousand rubles.
Construction work was never started within the agreed timeframe. The defendants, citing difficulties at other sites in Perm and Berezniki, postponed their arrival to the site of the customer. Continuing to promise to start construction, the Permians spent several days with the pensioner on the phone, and then stopped communicating.
As a result, the work was not performed, but the money was not returned to the resident of Solikamsk. After unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue with employees, the woman went to the police. The guards identified the intruders, the money returned to the rightful owner.
The court sentenced both men to 400 hours of compulsory labor.
