From October 1 to 10, police officers conducted the second stage of the complex operational and preventive operation “Illegal-2026” in the Perm Territory.

According to the GU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Perm Territory, 738 administrative materials were compiled for various violations, of which 77 were against legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. The total amount of fines issued exceeded 4.5 million rubles. 76 decisions on expulsion were made, 31 people were denied entry to the territory of the Russian Federation.

23 criminal cases have been initiated. So, one of the defendants is the director of the organization, which concluded fictitious labor contracts with Chinese citizens. In Berezniki, a legal entity attracted citizens of the Central Asian republics to work without permits. Resonant was the detention of one of the employees of the Perm College, organized together with unidentified accomplices illegal stay of foreigners in Russia.

Employees of the Migration Department of the regional governorate actively interacted with various units during the operation. The work was attended by economic police, cynologists, UAV operators. A mobile drug laboratory was also used in verification activities.
