In Pskov, bailiffs found a 27-year-old man who had long evaded debt repayment

In Pskov, bailiffs found a 27-year-old man who had long evaded debt repayment. The total amount of his debt to the state reached 490 thousand rubles — against Pskovich was conducted immediately 81 enforcement proceedings, reported “MK in Pskov” in the press service of bailiffs.
A significant part of the debts were traffic police fines: the man repeatedly violated traffic rules. In particular, among the penalties is a fine under Part 1 of Article 12.26 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for refusing to undergo a medical examination for intoxication.
Instead of paying off the debt, the citizen ignored calls to the service and did not respond to notifications. As a result, he was put on an executive search.
The key trail for bailiffs was an online announcement: the wanted person placed it himself to sell his car. Employees of the interdistrict department of bailiffs for the search for debtors decided to use this opportunity and came to the man under the guise of potential buyers. They arranged a meeting with him to inspect the car.
At the agreed place of the seller instead of "buyers" met bailiffs. The man was taken to the station. Previously, in the framework of enforcement proceedings against him already applied measures of enforcement: arrested bank accounts, banned travel outside Russia, imposed a ban on registration actions with transport, and charged the execution fee — 46.5 thousand rubles.
This case clearly shows that it will not be possible to hide from obligations either behind silence or behind the usual announcement on the network.
