In Pskov reduced the price of two municipal cars after three failed auctions

The Committee on Land Resources, Urban Planning and Municipal Property of the Pskov City Duma considered changes to the forecast plan for privatization of municipal property for 2026. About this "MK in Pskov" reported in the press service of PGD.

The meeting was chaired by Grigory Storenkov.

It was about re-evaluating municipal property for re-sale. Earlier, two passenger cars were included in the privatization plan.

It was assumed that the minimum revenues to the budget when selling at the initial price will be 317.2 thousand rubles.

However, all three auctions announced this year were declared invalid - no applications were received.

According to the law, the property was overvalued, and the total market value of cars decreased to 293.1 thousand rubles. These changes were proposed to be included in the projected privatization plan.

Members of the committee recommended that the Chairman of the PGD include the issue in the agenda of the regular session with a recommendation to deputies to adopt it.
