In the Pskov region summed up the results of the IV forum “Find yourself in the Pskov region”

In the Pskov region, the IV forum “Find yourself in the Pskov region” was held, which this year for the first time was implemented in the format of “Profrazvitiya Day” at two sites – in Pskov and Velikie Luki. About 1500 schoolchildren, students and young specialists took part in the events of the Youth Human Resource Center. For them, HR-consultations, master classes, express meetings with employers, career guidance events and competence diagnostics were organized.

About 50 companies and departments worked at the sites, including the Emergencies Ministry, the Pskov Customs, the Border Department of the FSB, Titan-Polymer and Sevkabel. The participants were presented with a study of career expectations based on a survey of more than 1,700 young people and over 110 companies.

A separate block was the HR hackathon, where young people and employers jointly sought solutions to attract and retain personnel in the region.

The forum was held within the framework of the “Region for Young” national project “Youth and Children” with the support of the Presidential Platform “Russia is a Land of Opportunities”. An important outcome of the event was the signing of a roadmap for cooperation.
