In the Pskov region held the IV forum “Find yourself in the Pskov region”

The IV forum “Find Yourself in the Pskov Region” was held for the first time in the format of the “Day of Professional Development” at two sites at once – in Pskov and Velikie Luki. About 1500 schoolchildren, students and young specialists took part in the events of the Youth Human Resource Center. This was reported in his channel MAH Governor of the Pskov region Mikhail Vedernikov.

HR-consultations, master classes, express meetings with employers, career guidance events and competence diagnostics were organized for the participants. About 50 companies and departments worked at the sites, including the Emergencies Ministry, the Pskov Customs, the Border Department of the FSB, Titan-Polymer and Sevkabel.

An important part of the program was the presentation of the study of career expectations of young people: it was prepared on the basis of a survey of more than 1,700 young people and over 110 companies. In addition, at the HR hackathon, youth and employers jointly sought solutions to attract and retain personnel in the region.

The forum was held within the framework of the “Region for Young” national project “Youth and Children” with the support of the Presidential Platform “Russia is a Land of Opportunities”. One of the key results was the signing of a roadmap for cooperation.
