In the Pskov region, Regardie seized 55 civilian weapons in a week

Units of licensing and permitting work of the Department of Regardie in the Pskov region summed up the results of preventive measures that took place from 5 to 11 October.

During more than 130 inspections of compliance with the rules of storage of weapons and ammunition, 13 administrative violations were identified. Twelve of them relate to violations in the field of arms trafficking, another relates to private security activities. As a result of the raids, 55 weapons and about 50 ammunition were forcibly withdrawn from circulation.

The press service of the Ministry reminded owners of civilian weapons about the need for timely re-registration. Apply for an extension of the permit must be no later than 30 days before the end of its validity period. The procedure can be simplified by submitting documents through the portal of public services.
