Pskov region strengthens interaction between industry and employment services to solve the personnel issue

In Velikie Luki, an agreement on cooperation between the Regional Employment Center for the city of Pskov and the Pskov district, regional branches of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and the Union of Machine Builders of Russia was signed at the site of the Elektropolis Technopark. The document was signed by the acting director of the employment center Natalia Ivanovna Mozgovaya and Alexander Kozlovsky.

According to Alexander Kozlovsky, providing enterprises with qualified personnel is one of the key tasks for the development of regional industry. It can be effectively solved only by joint efforts of employers, educational institutions and employment services.

The purpose of the agreement is to increase the efficiency of work on employment and retraining, help enterprises find the right specialists, and young people see the prospects for professional growth in their home region.

The signing of the document took place within the framework of the forum “Find yourself in the Pskov region”, which brought together representatives of industry, education and youth to discuss the professional future of the region.
