In Russia prepare a single certificate of the teacher

The Ministry of Education of Russia has prepared a draft decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on the establishment of a single sample of a certificate confirming the status of a teacher and the procedure for its issuance. The document was developed in pursuance of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation “On additional measures to support teachers” and published on the Federal portal of draft normative legal acts, specified “MK in Pskov” in the Ministry of Education of the Pskov region.

Implementing the Presidential Decree on the special status of teachers, we are taking another logical step – introducing a single teacher certificate. It will allow the teacher to confirm his status in any situation – whether it is interaction with the authorities, receiving benefits or participating in professional events. At the same time, the registration of the certificate will be as convenient as possible, said the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov.

The project provides free certificate in electronic and physical forms with a single unique number and status. Registration is expected without an application, based on the information of the employer. The electronic form will be displayed on the portal "Public Services" and, with the consent of the owner, in a multifunctional information exchange service - with the possibility of checking the status by QR code. The physical certificate is issued at the request of the teacher in the form of a plastic card or book; the head of the educational organization will sign it.
