Material damage from economic crimes in Russia in January-August 2026 amounted to 397.2 billion rubles. This is evidenced by the materials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

For eight months, law enforcement agencies identified 86.3 thousand crimes in this category. Compared to the same period in 2025, their number increased by 6.3%.
