In Rostov plan to demolish the emergency house on the street of the Comintern

In Rostov-on-Don announced a tender for the dismantling of a two-storey emergency house located on the street of the Comintern. The competition was placed on the public procurement site on October 27.

The cost of work is estimated at 4.65 million rubles, the funds allocated from the city budget for 2026. Applications from potential contractors are accepted until November 12, 2026.

The building, built in 1951, has brick bearing walls and a ribbon stone foundation. The demolition project envisages a mechanical method of dismantling as the safest. Special attention is paid to the preservation of green spaces in the surrounding area: trees should be protected, and their growth and crowns should be preserved. The contractor will also have to ensure the safety of the transit gas pipe passing through the facade of the building.

Work is planned to be carried out on weekdays from 8:00 to 21:00, taking into account restrictions on noisy work from 9:00 to 19:00. The entire demolition process must be completed by December 15, 2026.
