In Rostov the Great promised to punish the vandals

They are not childishly noted at a recently landscaped playground near school No. 4.

The head of the Rostov district, Andrei Shatsky, visited this site after the repair and frankly indignant at the fact of vandalism, stressing that what was done here is not hooliganism, but blatant wrecking directed against the residents of the city, who were so waiting for the repair of this site.

It was added that damage to municipal property is in some cases not an administrative, but a criminal offense, and hooligans will be found and punished. Especially since there are security cameras.

This is not the first case of vandalism in the area. In March of this year, Andrey Shatsky appealed to the ad stickers, who spoiled 34 new pavilions at public transport stops.
