Management companies and associations of homeowners in the Ryazan region were obliged to provide citizens with unhindered access to shelters when declaring danger. The corresponding decision was made by the Operational Headquarters of the region on behalf of Governor Pavel Malkov.

In case of a threat of UAVs or other danger, the Criminal Code and HOA should immediately open for residents buried rooms and basements of apartment buildings. In addition, organizations are obliged to place in the entrances instructions for actions in emergencies, pointers “Shelter”, information about the place of storage of keys and contact details of responsible services. Control over the execution is entrusted to the State Housing Inspectorate and heads of municipalities.

To promptly search for safe zones in the national messenger Max, a chatbot “Shelter Map of the Ryazan region” was launched, allowing residents to find the nearest buried rooms by geolocation.
