In Samara, the easement on the street was canceled. Rocket and Structural in the Railroad

The administration of Samara officially published a decree on the abolition of the right of limited use of land.

The decision concerned the territories located on the streets of Rakitnaya and Structural in the Railway District. The reason for the cancellation of the document was the voluntary withdrawal of the application by the initiator of the procedure.

The initiator was Gazprom Transgaz Samara Limited Liability Company. The company planned to establish a public easement in these territories for a period of 49 years.

These lands were required by gas workers for the safe operation of the heating pipeline leading to the ATU production base.

The official refusal to establish the encumbrance was registered on August 17, 2026.

The corresponding order of the mayor’s office appeared in open access on October 14 this year. Now these land plots are completely exempt from any restrictions in favor of communal infrastructure.
