In the village of Kotkino completed the planned work on the project “Health Path”. This is a truly large-scale project that has been implemented for several years.

The first stage started in 2024 - then 1.2 million rubles were allocated from the district budget. The total cost of the second stage of the project amounted to 2.5 million rubles: a grant from the district budget - 2 million rubles, the settlement budget - 365,000 rubles, the monetary and non-monetary contribution of residents and legal entities - 135,000 rubles.

What has been done:

a route with a length of 1.8 kilometers;

lighting has been installed;

built pedestrian crossings and additional crossings through streams;

a place for rest;

a well-maintained entrance group;

wooden sculptures and benches are installed;

information stands about the nature of the district;

there's a sandy pavement.

The special uniqueness of the “Health Path” is given by wooden figures of animals carved with the help of a chainsaw by the high-speed carving master Vasily Adamchuk from the Komi Tree artel (Vylgort village, Komi Republic). Sculptures very organically fit into the natural landscape and became a bright decoration of the route.

Today, the “Health Path” is a large landscaped recreation area for all Kotkin residents: a place for sports, communication and walks in the fresh air. The organizers are sure that it will become a favorite place for people of different ages.

The project became a vivid example of the way from idea to implementation and an indicator of the coordinated work of residents and the administration of the settlement. It shows that when residents show initiative and the authorities support, a really significant result is obtained.

Residents were urged not to be afraid to make proposals for the improvement of their settlements, noting that their ideas can become a reality, and together you can make the village even more comfortable and beautiful.
