In the agricultural Academy of Kostroma worked out the rescue of people in a fire

In the Kostroma State Agricultural Academy, training exercises of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were held. Firefighters checked how well staff and students can leave the building in the event of a fire, and rescuers found people in the rooms filled with smoke.

According to the training scenario, a fire broke out on the third floor of the main training building due to careless handling of fire. Smoke began to spread through the building, after which the alarm system worked and the signal arrived at the fire station. Prior to the arrival of the units, the administration arranged an evacuation.

However, under the conditions of the exercises, five students could not get out of the upper floors on their own. Firefighters examined the premises and found conditional victims in the classrooms of the third and fourth floors near the fire. With the help of special rescue devices, they were taken out of the building and handed over to doctors.
