In Serpukhov honored criminal investigation officers

The history of the service began on October 5, 1918, when the Central Criminal Investigation Department under the Main Police Department of the NKVD was created. Since then, it has been one of the key units of the internal affairs bodies. These people do not wear uniforms in public, their faces are not shown in the news, but they are the ones who solve thefts, robberies, murders and other crimes. Service in criminal investigation requires special qualities from employees - concentration, analytical thinking and readiness to act in non-standard conditions.

The work of the commissioners is always fraught with high risk and great responsibility. Behind each solved crime is daily work, endurance and the ability to make decisions in difficult situations, said Alexey Shimko, congratulating the employees of Serpukhov UGRO.

Thanks to the operational work of criminal investigation officers in Serpukhov, the detection of crimes has significantly increased. This is the result of everyday work that is not always visible, but without it, it is impossible to imagine the safe life of the county. Special words of gratitude on this day were addressed to veterans of the service. Their experience and mentorship are the foundation on which the work of today’s generation is built.

The ceremony ended with the presentation of awards. But the main reward for these people is the tranquility of residents and solved cases. Their work is on the front lines of an invisible front. And on this day, they say thank you to those they protect.
