In Serpukhov held an operational meeting on housing

According to the administration, from October 1, warmly served in all social institutions and apartment buildings of the district. This year, more than 70 individual heat points were installed. The automated system regulates the heat supply taking into account weather conditions - this avoids overheating, and residents pay only for the actually consumed resource.

During the meeting, citizens’ appeals received through social networks, the Unified Dispatch Service and the Dobrodel portal were analyzed. About 80 homes filed complaints related to suffocation of heating systems. All these addresses are taken under control. The head of the district instructed management companies to check engineering systems, eliminate suffocation and conduct temperature measurements of heating devices.

Special attention is paid to the installation of temperature and pressure sensors in the end houses. There are 159 such houses in the district; sensor readings are transmitted to the Housing and Utilities Contour system, which makes it possible to quickly adjust the heat supply regime during sharp temperature changes. At the moment, data are transmitted by 37 houses, equipment is being installed in 43 houses, installation is technically impossible in more than 50 houses, and the remaining facilities are under examination. The introduction of an electronic voting system for premises owners continues. Authorization through the portal "State Services" allows you to exclude the falsification of signatures - the decision is confirmed directly by the resident.

In preparation for the winter period, the inadmissibility of storing snow in front gardens, playgrounds and parking lots was emphasized. In order to prevent a “snow collapse”, similar to the situation last winter, the timely conclusion of contracts for the export of snow is monitored.

Separately considered the situation with garbage pipelines in Pushchino. After the contractor left the municipal management company, blockages formed in a number of houses. At the moment, 90% of blockages have been eliminated; it is expected to enter the planned mode within two days. A specialized organization was instructed to inspect all garbage conduits and garbage chambers. When defects are detected, repairs are planned. All apartment buildings are assigned to container sites; in cases where the sites are located at a considerable distance, additional waste storage sites are provided for.
