In Serpukhov, students were shown how heat comes to the house
High school students of School No. 17 in Serpukhov visited the Serpukhov branch of Gazprom Thermoenergo MO.

The event allowed students to get acquainted with how the heat supply of the city is organized.
Before visiting the security facility, schoolchildren were instructed on safety, after which protective helmets were issued. The first item of the program was the dispatching service: here the children were shown the work of the enterprise facilities in real time on interactive panels.
Then the students proceeded to the boiler room No. 21, where the operators explained in detail the principle of operation of the equipment and appliances, as well as answered questions from high school students. The visit ended with a joint photo at the mural with a peacock.
As the chief engineer of the branch Natalia Pokumeiko said, with the beginning of the heating season, all boiler houses were launched in the district - heat and hot water are supplied to the population in full.
In the service area of the Serpukhov branch there are 61 boiler houses, 22 central heat points, as well as more than 200 kilometers of heat networks.
