In the Seimas district of Kursk, a meeting of the territorial commission on juvenile affairs and protection of their rights was held. Experts reviewed 100 protocols on administrative offences.

Representatives of the neglect prevention authorities conducted interviews with children and their parents. They were also provided with the necessary advice.

As a result of consideration of the materials, three minors were put on preventive registration for individual work. Another teenager was removed from the register - he corrected himself.

The commission also discussed the possibility of placing one minor in a closed educational institution. In addition, the results of social support of two teenagers with a tendency to self-harm were considered. Recommendations were made for further work.
