In schools of Chuvashia under the program “Zemsky teacher” came 16 teachers

Since September 1, 16 new teachers have started working in rural schools of Chuvashia, selected under the program “Zemsky Teacher”.

Among the participants there are both local specialists and teachers who came from Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Bashkiria and Mari El. The average age of teachers is 28 years.

Most specialists were employed in the Cheboksary district - six people. Three more came to the schools of the Civil district, two each - Komsomol and Red Army.

“It is especially gratifying that some teachers have returned to work in their native schools,” said the Minister of Education of Chuvashia Dmitry Zakharov at a meeting with participants of the program.

The winners of the competitive selection under the Zemsky Teacher program receive a one-time payment of 1 million rubles.
