In Simferopol demolished unauthorized annex under the control of bailiffs

In Simferopol, under the control of bailiffs, an unauthorized annex to a non-residential premises was demolished. This was reported in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.

According to the department, a local resident attached an additional volume to his premises without permits, after which the city administration appealed to the court, which obliged him to dismantle the building. The man was in no hurry to voluntarily execute the decision, so the bailiff in the Kiev district initiated enforcement proceedings. The debtor was repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility for non-fulfillment of non-property claims, imposing fines of 7 thousand rubles, and earlier an executive fee of 5 thousand rubles was collected from him.

Then the bailiff called the man to the reception and warned that he would offer the plaintiff to independently execute the decision, and the costs of the services of the construction company will be collected from the debtor forcibly. Not wanting to lose money and re-responsible before the law, Simferopol on his own demolished the annex, after which the bailiff drew up an act of execution of the court decision.
