In Smolensk, the FSIN chose the best driver of the department

In the Smolensk region on the eve of the Day of the worker of road and urban passenger transport for the first time organized a competition of professional skills dedicated to road safety. The event was attended by 11 drivers representing the apparatus and institutions of the regional management of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia.

The competition program included two stages. First, the participants had to confirm their knowledge of traffic rules by answering 20 questions from the traffic police examination tickets in just 15 minutes. This was followed by a practical test of skills at the driving school of the All-Russian Society of Motorists in Smolensk. The drivers had to perform standard exercises: entering the box, parallel parking, overcoming the overpass and passing the “snake”.

According to the results of all tests, the winners and prize-winners of the competition were determined. The first place was taken by senior ensign of internal service Andrei Varushchenkov, representing the Department for Convocation of the regional FSIN.
