In Sovetsk will install a light structure for a Christmas tree for 6.8 million rubles

The authorities of Sovetsk announced an electronic auction for the creation of a large-scale light structure for the main city Christmas tree. The initial price of the contract is 6.8 million rubles. The information is published on the public procurement portal.

The customer is the municipal institution "Welfare". The project involves the installation of a complex system of metal fasteners, steel cables and LED garlands.

The key element of the festive decoration will be 850 light threads, each 10 meters long. Their total length will reach 8.5 km, and 85 thousand LEDs will create the effect of a shining tent with white glow. For reliable fixation of the structure will require almost 10 km of metal cables and thousands of fastening elements.

Most of the amount of the contract, 5.46 million rubles, will go directly to the work. The remaining funds will cover VAT and unforeseen expenses.

The contractor will have to complete the installation within 10 days of signing the contract. The warranty for the installed design will be five years. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until October 23, and the winner will be determined on October 26.
