The magistrate of the Staroyurievsky district ruled in the case of an administrative offense against a 72-year-old local resident. The man was found guilty of driving a vehicle in a state of alcoholic intoxication.

According to the case materials, the incident occurred on September 13 in the village of Staroyurievo. Employees of the traffic police stopped the car under the control of an elderly man to check documents. During communication with the driver, inspectors noticed signs of intoxication. An on-site survey confirmed suspicions: the breathalyzer showed 0.661 mg / l of ethanol vapor in the exhaled air, which is significantly higher than the legal threshold.

During the trial, the offender fully agreed with the results of the inspection and admitted his guilt.

Having studied the circumstances of the incident, the judge sentenced the man to an administrative fine of 45 thousand rubles. He was also deprived of his driving license for a year and a half.

At the moment, the court order has not yet entered into force and can be appealed.
