In the old Yuriev school firefighters rescued three people in a conditional fire

In the secondary school of the Staroyurievsky district, a fire-tactical exercise was held to extinguish conditional fire. The event allowed to check the readiness of staff and firefighters to act in an emergency situation.

According to the legend of the exercises, the fire was in the dining room of the educational institution. The signal about the fire in automatic mode came to the point of contact of the fire department. Before the arrival of the firefighters, the school staff acted clearly: the building was de-energized and children and staff evacuated.

Rescuers immediately began reconnaissance. During the inspection of the premises, three victims were found. Thanks to the coordinated actions of the gas smokyoprotective service, using individual respiratory protection, people were saved. Conditional fire was quickly eliminated, and the spread of fire to neighboring premises was not allowed.

To coordinate actions on the spot, a fire extinguishing headquarters was deployed, which included a representative of the facility. The exercises were successful: firefighters worked out the skills of saving people and extinguishing fires at socially significant facilities, and the school staff fixed the algorithm of actions in emergency situations.
