In Sudak, the Prosecutor’s office has achieved the inclusion of a local resident in the list of rehabilitated persons in need of living quarters

In Sudak, the prosecutor's office succeeded in including a local resident in the list of rehabilitated persons in need of living quarters. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea.
An audit of compliance with the legislation on social support measures showed that a 71-year-old resident of Sudak appealed to the city administration with a request to register her and add her to the list of rehabilitated citizens who are entitled to housing, but received an unreasonable refusal.
To protect the woman’s rights, the city prosecutor’s office sent a statement to the court demanding that the administration include her in the list. The court upheld the prosecutor’s position and the supervisory authority remained in charge of the restoration of the applicant’s rights.
