In Talovsk district after surge put in order the roadside

The prosecutor’s office of the Talovsk district conducted an inspection on the appeal of a local resident who complained about the improper condition of the roadside passing through the center of one of the settlements of the district.

During the inspection, it was established that this site belongs to public roads of local importance of the Tishan rural settlement. However, the requirements of the legislation on road safety were not met: wood and shrubbery vegetation grew on the side of the road, which significantly limited visibility for road users and posed a real threat to their safety.

Following the audit, the prosecutor’s office made a submission to the local self-government body. After its consideration, violations were eliminated - the section of the road was brought to a regulatory state.

Thus, thanks to the intervention of the supervisory authority, it was possible to restore safe traffic conditions on this site.
