In the regional center, work continues to bring the information designs of shops on Sovetskaya Street in accordance with the approved design code. As reported in the Committee of architecture and urban planning of the administration of the city of Tambov, on the site from Moscow to Kuibyshev, 51 objects that do not meet the requirements of the rules were identified. To date, 33 structures have been dismantled.
In May, a meeting was held with the owners and tenants of retail outlets, during which they were issued orders to dismantle and presented possible sketches of new signs developed by the committee specialists. The owner can remove the structure within 30 days. Otherwise, a forced dismantling by the municipality is carried out.
As noted in the city Committee of architecture and urban planning, in the central part of the city, all information structures must be without a substrate, and the names are written in separate letters. The colorful advertising signs create a visual noise here, covering the beauty of the facades of Soviet architecture houses.
The work is carried out on behalf of the head of the Tambov city administration Maxim Kosenkova. This year, at the expense of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, the renovation of the nearby coastal zone of the Studenets River is being carried out, according to the same national project, a section of the road on Moskovskaya is being repaired in the neighborhood. The improvement is approached comprehensively, including putting in order signs, facades of buildings and entrance groups of shops.
