In Tambov plan a new residential development on the streets of August Bebel, Leningrad and Astrakhan

The Tambov City Duma discussed the development of urban areas and the transfer of the former kindergarten to a rehabilitation center.

A meeting of the Committee on Urban Planning, Municipal Property, Land Use and Entrepreneurship Support of the Tambov City Duma was held. Deputies considered a number of issues related to the further development of urban space and effective property management.

In the course of the work, amendments to the master plan of the urban district were agreed - the boundaries of various territorial zones are specified, including the zones intended for residential development.

Special attention is paid to the report on the integrated development of urban areas. The presented concept involves the emergence of new residential development in various parts of Tambov - on the streets of August Bebel, Leningrad, Astrakhan, as well as in the alley Road village Builder. The implementation of the plans will not only provide citizens with new comfortable housing, but also comprehensively improve the surrounding areas, creating a modern and safe infrastructure.

An important block of issues was devoted to the management of municipal property. Deputies approved the gratuitous transfer from municipal property to state ownership of the Tambov region of the building and land of the former kindergarten "Belochka" (Rasskazovskoye highway, 7). The institution ceased operations in 2025 through reorganization in the form of joining another municipal kindergarten. At the regional level, large-scale work has begun to create a multidisciplinary educational and rehabilitation center to support families raising children with disabilities. The experts determined the property complex "Belochka" as the most optimal site for its placement. To design, repair and equip the institution with specialized equipment requires serious investments from the regional budget - that is why it is necessary to consolidate the facility at the regional level.
