In Tambov will replace outdated lighting supports on Gogol and Pioneer

In the regional center, work continues on the modernization of street lighting. According to the administration, the quality of light directly affects the safety and comfort of citizens, so the infrastructure is updated all year round.

About the plans for the development of the lighting network told the Director of MBU “Directorate of landscaping and landscaping”, Deputy of the Tambov City Duma Elena Bastrykina.

By the end of this year, it is planned to dismantle the lighting supports, which are in disrepair and have been in operation for more than 60 years. Work will be held on Gogol Street (on the site from Naberezhnaya to Astrakhan). Supports and lamps on Pioneerskaya Street (from Soviet to Naberezhnaya) will be partially updated. Outdated concrete structures will be replaced with more modern analogues.

A significant amount of work is provided for replacing lamps with energy-efficient ones. More than 100 devices are planned to be installed on Magistralnaya Street (from Ryleev to Michurinskaya), and more than 70 on Aviation Street. Also, refreshment will affect Oktyabrskaya Street (from Proletarskaya to the congress on Yeletskaya) and Komissar Moskovsky Street. In total, about 160 lamps will be replaced in these areas.

Work on improving lighting is carried out in parallel with improvement. Until the end of the year, it is planned to update the plafonds and lamps at the Palace of Sports "Crystal" and in the square on Volodarsky. Next year, it is planned to upgrade the lighting in the Olympic Park and on the Embankment.
