In Tambov, a woman attacked a police officer in the police department

Tambovchanka was convicted of violence against police officers.

The court sentenced a 39-year-old resident of the Tambov region, found guilty of attacking authorities. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of the Oktyabrsky district of Tambov, who supported the state prosecution, and in the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the region.

As established by the investigation and the court, in July last year, the defendant appeared in the unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to give explanations in a state of intoxication. In this regard, the police officers invited her to undergo a medical examination and escorted her to the office to document this fact. During the execution of the procedural document, the woman left the office. When the authorities tried to return her to draw up an administrative protocol, she began to behave aggressively, ignored legal demands and caused injuries to the police.

The actions of the citizen were qualified as the use of violence, not dangerous to life and health, against the authorities in connection with the performance of their official duties. The evidence collected by the investigating authorities, the court found sufficient for a conviction.

The verdict of the court sentenced the guilty to a fine of 20 thousand rubles.
