In the Tambov region again put up for auction three objects of cultural heritage

Investors were again offered a house in Tambov on Bazarnaya / Kuibysheva Street, 136/76, the Plevako estate in the village of Vyshnevoe of the Staroyurievsky District and a noble estate of the XIX century in the village of Perixa of the Sampur District. Objects can be used for housing, apartments, catering, trade or medical institutions.

The house in Tambov is an example of wooden architecture of the late XIX - early XX century. The estate of Plevako is associated with the name of the famous lawyer Fyodor Plevako, who bought the estate in 1894; now only fragments of the park and the bridge near the Vishnevka River remain. The estate in Perix reflects the traditions of the landlord culture of post-reform Russia.

In the Tambov region, the share of monuments in unsatisfactory condition is 10% (in Russia - 14%). 29 objects from the region are represented on the platform, 15 have already been sold. The starting price is 1 ruble, subject to restoration in due time.
