In the Tambov region released into the nature of the next falcon-balobans

On the eve, under the control of the Central Black Earth Interregional Administration of Rosprirodnadzor, the next falcon of the baloban was reintroduced into the nature of the Tambov region.

The program of reintroduction of rare falcons in the Central Black Earth region is being implemented with the support of the Presidential Nature Fund within the framework of the New Chance project, which is carried out by the Center in a consortium with Voronezh State University.

Birds are bred in the nursery of the Galicia Gora reserve.

Pre-graduation preparation of birds was carried out by the Center on the basis of the rehabilitation complex at the Agrobiostation of the Michurin State Agrarian University.

The New Chance project gives hope for the revival of the lost populations of large falcons (sapsan and baloban) in the Central Black Earth region.
