In Tula, the court dismissed the case of vacating the parking lot at the Moscow station
In the Arbitration Court of the Tula region at the end of September of this year, the trial between the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the region and OJSC Tula-Hotel, which concerned the parking lot, was completed

Withdrawal of action
As previously wrote “MK in Tula”, the trial began in may of this year. The Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Tula region filed a lawsuit in the Arbitration Court against the local company Tula Hotel.
In its lawsuit, the Ministry demanded from OJSC "Tula-Hotel" within 14 days from the date of entry into force of the decision to vacate the land with cadastral number 71:30:020601:48 with an area of 1600 square meters. This site is located in the station district of Tula, about 50 meters west of the brick building on the square of the Moscow station.
According to the agency, the land was used for the temporary placement of a non-capital object - a parking lot. On the site, according to the Ministry, there was a single-storey object, metal poles connected by a chain, a barrier, as well as other property and construction and household garbage. The plaintiff asked to oblige OJSC "Tula-Hotel" to transfer the land under the act of reception and transfer in a condition suitable for use in accordance with the permitted type (temporary parking). In case of non-execution of the decision, the Ministry insisted on the right to independently carry out work on the liberation of land in compliance with the current legislation.
The hearing was held without the participation of representatives of the parties - both were duly notified. Even before the consideration of the case on the merits, the ministry suddenly sent a statement to the court to withdraw the claim. The reasons for dropping the claim are not yet clear.
The judge of the Arbitration Court refused. By law, the plaintiff has the right to refuse claims in whole or in part before the adoption of a judicial act, which ends the consideration of the case on the merits. The court found that this was not against the law and did not violate the rights of others.
For the above reason, the proceedings were discontinued. The decision can be appealed to the Twentieth Arbitration Court of Appeal through the Arbitration Court of the Tula region within a month. Thus, the dispute over the fate of the land plot near the Moscow railway station, which was previously occupied by a parking lot associated with OJSC Tula-Hotel, was concluded without consideration on the merits.
Station reconstruction
Earlier, the editorial board of MK in Tula suggested that this court between the ministry and the company could be associated with plans for the future modernization of the Moscow railway station in Tula and the entire adjacent territory to it.
A few months ago, the publication already wrote about the start of a tender for the repair of facilities subordinated to the Moscow regional directorate of railway stations. The program covers eight Russian regions, including the Tula region. 950 million rubles have been laid for these purposes. The Moscow station in Tula in the framework of these works are waiting for large-scale changes. It is planned to update both the facades and the interior, engineering communications, infrastructure on the platforms.
