In Tula approved new boundaries of land in the area of Myasnovo

The administration of Tula officially approved the project of surveying a large quarter in the station district of the city. First Deputy Head of Administration Elena Birzhivaya signed a resolution “On approval of the project of surveying the territory of the quarter” within the boundaries of Chmutov Street and the passages of the 9th Myasnovo, 7th Pole, 6th Pole, 18th Myasnovo, 12th Myasnovo and 11th Pole.

As in the case of recent changes in the city center, the project passed through a mandatory public control procedure, on September 18, 2026, public discussions were held (a protocol was drawn up), and on September 21, 2026, the city planning commission prepared a final conclusion.

The area of the new site is 2 thousand 398 square meters. meters. Category of land - lands of settlements. The type of permitted use is secondary and higher vocational education. The land was allocated from lands, state ownership of which is not delimited.

The surveying project was made to clarify the passage of the red line (the border separating the territory of the building from the streets and driveways) and create a legally designed site for capital construction. The area of 44 thousand 246 square meters belongs to the zone of specialized public development (O-3). Currently, there is GPOU TO "Tula State Technological College".

As previously wrote “MK in Tula”, in the Tula region were redistributed subsidies for land surveying.
