In Tula approved a plan for demographic policy until 2036

The administration of Tula has signed a decree approving a plan of measures to implement family and demographic policy until 2036 inclusive. The document is aimed at strengthening the institution of the family and supporting large families.

The plan includes several key areas of work. In particular, it includes strengthening family values through social advertising and information campaigns, support for large families with various benefits and compensations, as well as the development of infrastructure for family recreation and leisure. In addition, the plan provides for medical support for future and young parents, social protection of families in difficult life situations.

The plan provides for financial assistance at the birth of children: payments from 2500 to 25 000 rubles for the first or second child, up to 1 million rubles for the birth of the second child under 25 years or the third to 28 years. Plus, the plan includes free meals in schools for large families, discounts and benefits in cultural and sports institutions, compensation for utility costs for large families, psychological support for young families and women in the postpartum period.

It is also planned to create comfortable public spaces adapted for family holidays, develop tourist programs for families with children and improve the transport accessibility of social facilities.

Work will be strengthened to inform citizens about support measures through social networks, media and information stands. It is planned to place at least 10 information materials monthly.
