In the Tula region changed the procedure for re-issuing licenses for subsoil use

The Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Ecology of the Tula region made important changes to the procedure for re-issuing licenses for the use of subsoil plots of local importance. The corresponding order was signed on October 14, 2026.

The new administrative regulation establishes a clear procedure for the provision of state services for the renewal of licenses. The service will be available to both legal entities and individual entrepreneurs - citizens of the Russian Federation.

The main parameters of the service are as follows. The maximum term of provision will be 37 working days, the term of registration of the request is 1 working day (for any form of submission), the maximum waiting period in the queue is 15 minutes. The result can be obtained in person, by mail or through an electronic portal.

The service is provided free of charge, the state fee is paid by the applicant before submitting the request, the submission of documents is possible through the personal account of the subsoil user. The formation of an electronic record in the state register is also provided.

Grounds for refusal to provide the service include violations of the terms of subsoil use, the presence of a valid notice of violations, the process of liquidation of a legal entity, the recognition of the user of the subsoil as bankrupt, the suspension of the right to use subsoil.
