After the intervention of the Tutaev interdistrict prosecutor's office, the management company insulated the facade of an apartment building

Residents of an apartment building in Tutaev complained to the supervisory authorities. Residents reported that the facade of their house does not retain heat, there are cracks. The apartments are cold and damp. Residents have complained about the cold facade since 2024. But the management company of JSC SHT Invest did not respond to the complaints. The facade was slow to insulate. Residents considered the behavior of the company to be a violation of norms. The family of the deceased soldier lives in the house.

Tutaevsk interdistrict prosecutor's office conducted an inspection on the appeal about the failure of the management company to take measures to repair the facade of an apartment building.

The prosecutor's office conducted a check and made sure that the residents were telling the truth. The apartments are cold, the CC is inactive.

According to the results of the audit, the interdistrict prosecutor's office submitted to the head of the management company an idea to eliminate violations.

As a result of its consideration, the work on insulation of the facade was completed in full.
