Ulyanovsk plans to build two shops and two public facilities

In the Zavolzhsky district of Ulyanovsk, changes are being prepared to the project of surveying the territory limited by Livanov Avenue, Marshal Ustinov, General Tyulenev and Yeremetsky Street. It is considered the placement of two shops, a health facility and another catering building.

The decision to prepare the changes was made by the administration of Ulyanovsk on October 21, 2026. The initiator was ESC LLC, which will also bear the costs of developing the necessary urban planning documentation.

It is planned to use three land plots with a total area of 3969 square meters for construction. Two of them are planned shops combined with catering facilities.

The first section occupies 960 square meters. The building area on it should not exceed 576 square meters. The second plot of 1,320 square meters provides for the placement of a similar object with a maximum building area of 792 square meters.

The third site, the largest, occupies 1689 square meters. The construction of a health and catering facility is considered here. No more than 1013 square meters are allowed for development.

The height of all planned buildings is limited to two floors. At the same time, the building area of each site should not exceed 60% of its territory.

To implement the project, it is necessary to change the types of permitted use of land plots and prepare new documentation for surveying the territory.
