In Ulyanovsk, the heat networks of the theater of the young spectator were transferred to Gorsvet

In Ulyanovsk, an organization was identified that will be responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of heat networks leading to the building of the Ulyanovsk Theater for Young Spectators. These duties were assigned to the municipal enterprise "City Heat Grid". The corresponding decision was made on October 13, 2026.

We are talking about ownerless areas of the heating system, located in the Leninsky district of Ulyanovsk, on Pushkinskaya Street, near the house No. 1/11. Pipelines provide heat supply to the building of the regional theater of young spectators.

Two sections of the heat network were transferred to the municipal enterprise for maintenance. The first runs from the point of insertion A to the point of insertion B. Its length is 80.4 meters, the diameter of the feed and reversing pipes is 100 millimeters.

The second section connects the UT-1 thermal chamber with the theater building. Its length is 12.6 meters, the diameter of the feed pipeline is 80 millimeters.

Both sections are made of steel pipes laid underground in trays. Heat networks have a two-pipe design, that is, they provide separate pipelines for supplying the coolant and returning it.

The total length of the two sections is 93 meters. Their service is now assigned to the “Urban Heat Grid”.

At the same time, the decision of September 15, 2025, which previously determined the organization for the maintenance and maintenance of the ownerless object, has lost force.

The new provisions relate specifically to the maintenance and maintenance of heat networks. The transfer of pipelines to the ownership of the enterprise or repair work is not reported.
