In the Ulyanovsk region updated the financing of the project “All the best for children”

The government of the Ulyanovsk region has adjusted the financial indicators of the regional project “All the best for children”. Changes were made to the state program for the development and modernization of education and affect the distribution of budget funds for activities in the field of general education.

The project is being implemented with the participation of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Construction of the Ulyanovsk region. Its funding includes the use of both regional and federal funds.

The updated version of the program separately reflects budget allocations of the regional treasury and revenues from the federal budget. This procedure allows taking into account the sources of funding for activities within one regional project.

Changes were made to the section on general education. The project “All the best for children” is allocated in an independent direction along with other activities related to the development of the school system.

At the same time, the adjustment of financial indicators does not automatically mean the allocation of additional money in excess of previously provided obligations. A comparison of the previous and new versions of the programme is necessary to assess the actual increase or decrease in costs.

The approved changes also do not provide a complete list of educational institutions covered by the project financing.

The addresses of the facilities, the timing of individual events and the amount of funds allocated to each school are not specified.

The regional project “All the best for children” is considered as part of a broader funding system for general education. The state program simultaneously provides for the costs of equipping subject rooms and providing educational organizations with training facilities.

The updated financial parameters will be used in the further implementation of the regional project activities.
