In the Ulyanovsk region clarified the financing of additional payments to teachers

In the Ulyanovsk region, the financing of the state program for the development of education was adjusted. The changes affected, among other things, payments to teachers for classroom leadership and curatorship in secondary vocational education institutions.

Monthly monetary remuneration for class guidance and curatorship is allocated in a separate direction of expenses. Its financing is provided as part of the funds allocated to support the activities of state educational institutions.

We are talking about teachers who, in addition to teaching, perform the duties of class leaders or curators of training groups. In institutions of secondary vocational education, such activities are associated with accompanying students in the learning process.

In the updated program, the costs of these payments are taken into account separately from other areas of maintenance of educational organizations. This makes it possible to highlight the corresponding obligations in the financing structure of the industry.

At the same time, the decision does not provide for the establishment of a new monthly remuneration. Nor does it contain provisions to increase existing surcharges.

The adjustment affects the financial support of the already provided direction of support for teachers. The specific amounts of payments, the order of their appointment and the circle of recipients are not changed by this decision.

Issues of financing of class management and curatorship are included in the general set of expenses for the work of regional state institutions subordinated to the regional Ministry of Education.
