In Uvarovka spotted a dangerous raccoon dog

This morning, residents of the village of Uvarovka reported the appearance of a raccoon dog in a residential area. The animal was spotted on the 2nd Leningradskaya Street, in the immediate vicinity of two- and three-storey houses.

According to eyewitnesses, the beast behaves uncharacteristically for a wild animal - it is not afraid of people at all. In addition, on the paws of a raccoon dog there are signs of alopecia (baldness), which is one of the possible symptoms of rabies. According to the latest information, the animal moved and is now in the area between the 1st and 2nd Leningradskaya streets.

Rabies is a deadly disease, and any suspicious behavior of wild animals requires an immediate response. Residents are advised not to approach the beast, not to try to feed or pet it, and to carefully monitor children and pets.

Local residents are asking the administration of the Mozhaisky district to take urgent measures before the animal bites someone. The situation requires surgical intervention of specialists - the capture of the animal and its testing for rabies.
