In Vidyaevo began to demolish a multi-storey 40-year-old house on Zarechnaya Street

On Zarechnaya street in Vidyaevo demolished multi-storey apartment building 24. This was reported by the press service of the Vidyaevo administration. This is a house built in 1986.

The area and the surrounding area is a high-risk zone. Residents are asked not to enter the territory of work and take care of themselves and loved ones.

Let us clarify that the house 24 on Zarechnaya Street is one of the two five-storey buildings that Vidyaevo planned to demolish as part of the renovation. In April, for the dismantling of houses 24 and 30 announced a purchase with an initial price of more than 42 million rubles. Both buildings are mothballed non-residential stock: 24 were built in 1986, 30 in 1987.

Their demolition was part of a larger program. By 2030, Vidyaevo plans to dismantle eight such buildings, while overhauling 21 existing apartment buildings.

Earlier, “MK in Murmansk” said that three apartment buildings will be demolished in Murmansk for 5.46 million rubles.
