The restriction of water supply in Feodosia lasted longer than planned: on October 21, during emergency recovery work on the main water pipeline, it was decided to urgently switch the city networks to a new water pipeline. This was told by the General Director of the state enterprise “Water of Crimea” Maxim Novik, reports KIA.
As of 9:00 on October 23, local restrictions related to high-altitude markings and suffocation of networks remained in the city. This increased the time of work and limited the water supply of a large part of the city. 10 tanker trucks are used to transport water. Applications are accepted in the dispatch service of Feodosia and through all resources of the "Water of Crimea".
“The work performed will significantly improve the water supply of the city, make it more stable and reliable,” the company said.
Recall that in March 2026, about 30 thousand residents of the city were left without water due to an accident at the Chelnokovo water pipeline. In December 2025, "Water of Crimea" suspended water supply in the center of Feodosia and part of the surrounding areas due to urgent repairs on the water pipeline.
In July 2026, the company reduced water pressure on main water conduits. The reason was called power outages and water shortages, which caused the pressure to fall or water was absent in the highest points in high-rise houses.
